This includes providing tendering the works, negotiating, and awarding to the Contractor followed by oversight of post contract services. Responsible for preparation of initial concept cost plan deliverables as well as a budgetary advice to the Client and Funding board.

We're responsible for leading the preparation of schematic cost plan deliverables, as well as Value Engineering options, while providing comprehensive services including Cost Planning and Budget Estimating, Bill of Quantities Preparation, Procurement Strategy, and Tender Documentation. Currently, we're leading the tendering process post clarifications, ensuring precision and clarity in the project's progression

The units were spread out in 7 plots consisting of 9 types of Townhouses and Villas. Our responsibilities included the preparation of cost plan and reports for the concept and schematic stages.
